Burnfeed
Unhook for Safari
Unhook (unhook.app) is a popular free extension that hides YouTube recommendations in Chrome, Firefox and Edge. It has no Safari version. Burnfeed does the same job in Safari on a Mac, and covers five more sites.

Which should you use?
In Chrome, Firefox or Edge, Unhook is free and does more on YouTube alone, like autoplay and search clutter. In Safari on a Mac, Burnfeed is the way to get the same calm, and the same switches work on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Reddit.
Not to be confused with
"Unhook – Distraction Blocker" on the Mac App Store is a separate app from a different developer.
Burnfeed for Safari on Mac. Six sites, part by part. $4.99 once.
