What's new
Every version of Burnfeed, newest first.
2.0 · October 2026
- A fresh look: Burnfeed's popup and settings feel at home on your Mac, in light and dark.
- Where a feed was, a quote now sits quietly in the site's own colors.
- Burning and pausing take effect instantly, in every open tab, without reloading.
- Show a feed for 5, 15 or 60 minutes, or pause everything; it burns again on its own.
- Choose how a burned feed looks: gone, frosted, ashes, redacted or faded.
- Pick exactly what goes on each site, from YouTube comments and suggested videos to X's trending panel, right from the toolbar button.
- Burned feeds stop loading in the background, so pages are lighter and you can't scroll into an empty feed.
- When a site changes its layout, fixes arrive on their own, no update needed. If Burnfeed can't find a feed, it tells you and lets you report it in one click.
- Your settings and quotes from earlier versions come with you.
